Villa User Guide

Please read these instructions carefully before your stay. Please respect the villa as your own home. Smoking indoors is strictly prohibited. Parties, pets and unregistered overnight guests are not allowed. Maximum occupancy must not be exceeded. Report any accidental damage to the host at once. Do not drag objects across wooden floors or stairs. The villa will be inspected after your stay to ensure everything remains in excellent condition.

Arriving at Tyven Resort

Tyven Resort is located by Lake Miekojärvi in Finnish Lapland, approximately 80 km from Rovaniemi and about 35 km from Pello. When travelling to Tyven Resort, please use the following address in your GPS or navigation app: Pakisjärventie 41, 95780 Pello

This address will guide you along the most direct and reliable route to the resort. 
Should you experience any difficulties during your journey, please contact us before arrival so we can assist you.

Arrival and Departure

Check-in from 16:00. Check-out by 10:00. Kindly ensure all doors are locked, personal belongings are taken, and any breakages are reported. Doors work with a code provided before your holiday. Share this code only with your group – never with outside

Reception

Upon arrival at Tyven Resort, you can enter the Villa directly, the front door opens with the pin code you received. Tyven Resort does not have a separate reception building.

Kitchen & Appliances

The kitchen is equipped with a coffee machine, refrigerator and freezer, stove, dishwasher, microwave oven, toaster, electric water boiler and all essential cooking equipment and tableware. Please use appliances responsibly and refer to manuals provided in the kitchen. Dishwasher tablets and cleaning supplies are located under the sink.

Tap Water

Tap water. Tap water is spring water so it is very good to drink.

Outdoor hot tub

The hot tub, is ready for use as soon as you remove the cover. Be careful – terrace may be icy and slippery! Always shower before entering the jacuzzi and wear a swimsuit. In winter, for extra comfort, we recommend wearing a warm hat. Do not add any oils, salt, foam, soap or foreign substances into the water. Do not eat in the hot tub. Children may use the jacuzzi only under adult supervision. Do not adjust the temperature control. Replace the cover carefully after each use. In temperatures below –20 °C, limit use to a maximum of 15 minutes to prevent the plumbing from freezing. Do not add water to hot tub, yourself. Contact host if water level seems low.
